Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Furniture: Processing your furniture order means, setting up a listing with UShip  however, this does not guarantee a shipper with accept the bid. Revive will continue to list the shipment for 30 days. If the bid has not been accepted by a shipper in 30 days, you will be contacted to determine if you would like a refund or continue to try to find a shipper. Once a shipping bid has been accepted, you will receive another notification informing you of the shipment dates. Someone must be present to accept the shipment on the day of arrival. The shippers will do their best to call you to arrange a specific deliver time.

Shippers will delivery to your the first floor outside of your home, on your curb. Shippers are not allowed to bring the piece into your home or up stairs. Please make arrangements to unload the piece from the truck its delivered in.

Decor: Decor orders will be fulfilled and shipped from Illinois, USA from Creative Coop.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10, $15 or $20 flat rate shipping to United States for small decor items. Shipping is listed in each products. Furniture ships for free.

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 10 miles of Mukilteo, WA. For orders under $100 or outside of 25 miles, we charge $25 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am  – 7PM on Saturday and Sundays. We will contact you via text message or email with the contact info you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If travel requires us to take a ferry, we will charge you for the ferry fee as well. We can deliver to your front door, but cannot bring it upstairs or inside. Please be sure to have help to bring the piece into your home.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our home in Mukilteo. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 4 – 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 5pm on weekends. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at revivebyheidi@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
